露笑科技(002617.SZ)與中科鋼研、國宏中宇簽署半絕緣型碳化硅材料、裝備研發與應用合作協議
格隆匯12月24日丨露笑科技(002617.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年11月26日與中科鋼研節能科技有限公司(“中科鋼研”)、國宏中宇科技發展有限公司(“國宏中宇”)簽署了《中科鋼研節能科技有限公司與國宏中宇科技發展有限公司與露笑科技股份有限公司碳化硅項目戰略合作協議》，協議期限為兩年，由中科鋼研主導工藝技術與設備研發工作，國宏中宇主導產業化項目建設、運營與市場銷售工作，露笑科技主導設備製造、項目投融資等工作並全程深入參與各項工作，通過各方的密切合作將碳化硅項目建設成為世界級的第三代半導體材料領軍企業，根據國宏中宇碳化硅產業化項目的近期發展規劃，露笑科技及(或)其控股企業將為國宏中宇主導的碳化硅產業化項目定製約200台碳化硅長晶爐，設備總採購金額約3億元。
2019年12月24日，公司與中科鋼研、國宏中宇在北京簽署了《半絕緣型碳化硅材料、裝備研發與應用合作協議》，協議期限為兩年，雙方同意在半絕緣型碳化硅襯底片、外延片、相關核心工藝裝備的技術研發與產業化應用方面展開深入的全產業鏈技術與業務合作。
鑑於甲乙雙方在碳化硅單晶材料、襯底片材料等方面已取得的技術成果與強大的持續研發能力，鑑於丙方在半導體照明、新能源汽車等方面已有的技術基礎、技術轉移與量產經驗及在產品產業化應用方面的優勢，為了促進半絕緣型碳化硅襯底片及外延片的技術研發、產品研製，促進碳化硅基射頻器件在以5G通訊為代表的先進通訊領域的廣泛應用，經過友好協商三方同意在半絕緣型碳化硅襯底片、外延片、相關核心工藝裝備的技術研發與產業化應用方面展開深入的全產業鏈技術與業務合作。
三方共同針對半絕緣型碳化硅襯底片、外延片、相關核心工藝裝備及其下游應用的技術研發、產品研製與產業化應用展開深入合作，主要面向以5G通訊為代表的先進通訊系統創新及其產業化應用需求，開展安全可控的半絕緣型碳化硅襯底片、外延片及相關核心工藝裝備的聯合技術研發與創新，共同促進基於半絕緣型碳化硅材料的產品與系統創新及產業化應用發展，並致力於以碳化硅材料、生產工藝、核心裝備與生產輔助材料為主要組成部分的產業生態的培育與建設，形成以技術研發為基礎，材料產業化生產為核心目標的緊密的產業鏈上下游合作關係。
三方的主要合作內容如下：開展高純碳化硅原料合成技術的研發與產品開發；開展適用於高純碳化硅原料合成需求的核心裝備研製；開展大尺寸半絕緣型碳化硅單晶昇華法制備技術的研發與產品開發；開展適用於大尺寸半絕緣型碳化硅單晶製備需求的昇華法長晶裝備研製開展大尺寸半絕緣碳化硅單晶襯底片製備技術的研發與產品開發；開展大尺寸半絕緣碳化硅異質外延片製備技術的研發與產品開發；建設半絕緣型碳化硅襯底片、外延片製備裝備及製備原輔料的應用驗證平台；開展大尺寸半絕緣型碳化硅襯底片、外延片的技術成果產業化轉化，以形成產業化供貨能力。
推進以半絕緣型碳化硅材料為基礎製造的射頻芯片在以5G通信領域為代表的創新型應用領域的產業化應用。
在合作期內，三方根據研發工作需要不定期舉行專題技術會議和產業化應用工作會議，彙報各自項目組研發進度，交流技術標準與規範，合作推進產業化應用。
