際華集團(601718.SH)：國貿公司收到法院傳票 被要求給付貨款及逾期違約金約1.97億元
格隆匯12月23日丨際華集團(601718.SH)公佈，公司於近日收到合併報表子公司新興際華國際貿易有限公司(“國貿公司”，公司持有49%股權)發來的《關於公司涉及訴訟的報告》，國貿公司收到天津市第二中級人民法院發來的《天津市第二中級人民法院傳票》等訴訟文件。
原告為天津威鵬投資有限公司(以下簡稱：天津威鵬)；被告為新興際華國際貿易有限公司；
起訴狀主要內容：原告向法院提交的起訴狀稱：原被告於2019年3月8日簽訂的《乙二醇貿易項目合作協議》中約定原告銷售給被告的貨物為被告指定的供應商提供，原告負責項目所需資金，保證該貨物貨款按期支付給被告指定供應商；被告保證指定供應商所提供的貨物數量、質量無異議，如有數量、質量異議，被告與指定供應商協商處理，原告不承擔責任。在簽訂上述合作協議後，原告與被告簽訂了總金額約2.1996億元《購銷合同》，並按照被告要求與被告指定的供應商簽訂了總金額約2.1289億元的《銷售合同》；合同簽訂後，原告向被告指定的供應商支付了貨款2128.85萬元。但被告僅向原告支付了2948萬元貨款，尚有約1.9048億元貨款未支付。故原告對被告提起訴訟。
原告訴訟請求：(1)請求法院判令被告立即給付原告貨款共計約1.9048億元；
(2)判令被告向原告支付逾期付款違約金633.29萬元(暫計算至2019年11月18日；應計算至實際給付之日，按照同期銀行貸款利率的4倍計算)；
(3)本案全部訴訟費用由被告承擔(包括但不限於案件受理費、保全費、公告費等)。(以上暫共計約1.9682億元)
公司核查情況：國貿公司與天津威鵬於2019年3月18日簽訂了《乙二醇貿易項目合作協議》,協議約定：天津威鵬作為供貨商長期向國貿公司供應乙二醇貨物。後國貿公司與天津威鵬簽訂了總金額約2.1996億元《購銷合同》，並按實際收貨情況支付了對應貨款共計2948萬元。但因天津威鵬至今未將《購銷合同》中約定的剩餘貨物按約定交付給國貿公司，因此國貿公司未向天津威鵬支付剩餘合同款。
