*ST中絨(000982.SZ)：法院裁定批准公司重整計劃
格隆匯11月14日丨*ST中絨(000982.SZ)公佈，根據《中華人民共和國企業破產法》第八十六條的規定，管理人於2019年11月13日向寧夏回族自治區銀川市中級人民法院(“銀川中院”)提交了《關於提請人民法院裁定批准重整計劃的申請》，銀川中院於2019年11月13日作出了（2019）寧01破6-2號《民事裁定書》。
銀川中院於2019年11月13日作出的（2019）寧01破6-2號《民事裁定書》，內容如下：
2019年11月13日，寧夏中銀絨業股份有限公司管理人向本院提出申請，以重整計劃草案已經債權人會議通過等為由，請求本院批准重整計劃。
本院查明，2019年11月13日，寧夏中銀絨業股份有限公司(“中銀絨業”)召開第二次債權人會議及出資人組會議，分別對《中銀絨業重整計劃（草案）》、《中銀絨業重整計劃（草案）》之《出資人權益調整方案》進行分組表決。現有財產擔保債權組、税款債權組和普通債權組均已表決通過《中銀絨業重整計劃（草案）》，出資人組已表決通過《中銀絨業重整計劃（草案）》之《出資人權益調整方案》。
本院認為：《寧夏中銀絨業股份有限公司重整計劃（草案）》已經寧夏中銀絨業股份有限公司各債權組表決通過，《寧夏中銀絨業股份有限公司重整計劃（草案）》之《出資人權益調整方案》已經寧夏中銀絨業股份有限公司出資人組表決通過，寧夏中銀絨業股份有限公司管理人的申請符合法律規定。依照《中華人民共和國企業破產法》第八十六條之規定，裁定如下：
（一）批准寧夏中銀絨業股份有限公司重整計劃；
（二）終止寧夏中銀絨業股份有限公司重整程序。
本裁定自即日起生效。
銀川中院裁定批准重整計劃後，中銀絨業進入重整計劃執行期間，中銀絨業負責執行重整計劃，管理人負責監督重整計劃的執行。根據中銀絨業重整計劃的債權分類、調整及清償方案，出資人權益調整及經營方案，中銀絨業清償債務等執行重整計劃的行為將對公司2019年度的淨資產產生一定影響，具體數據以經審計的財務報表數據為準。
銀川中院裁定批准重整計劃後，中銀絨業進入重整計劃執行期間，信息披露義務人由管理人變更為中銀絨業董事會。
