*ST中捷(002021.SZ)披露控股股東破產清算進展
格隆匯10月24日丨*ST中捷(002021.SZ)公佈，2019年9月28日，公司披露了關於浙江省台州市中級人民法院(“台州中院”)裁定受理公司控股股東浙江中捷環洲供應鏈集團股份有限公司(“中捷環洲”)的破產清算申請公告。
2019年10月22日，公司收到浙江京衡律師事務所通知，告知浙江省台州市中級人民法院依照《中華人民共和國企業破產法》第十三條，《最高人民法院關於審理企業破產案件指定管理人的規定》第二十七條之規定，指定浙江京衡律師事務所、寧波科信會計師事務所有限公司擔任浙江中捷環洲供應鏈集團股份有限公司管理人。公司接到浙江京衡律師事務所通知後，當日向公司控股股東中捷環洲發函確認此事。截止目前，公司仍未收到公司控股股東中捷環洲關於此事項的任何回覆。
2019年10月24日，公司通過查閲全國企業破產重整案件信息網，查閲到浙江省台州中級人民法院於2019年10月24日披露了此事項的相關進展情況，公告案號為(2019)浙10破8號的《浙江省台州市中級人民法院公告》。
《公告》主要內容如下：
本院根據潘凱的申請於2019年9月18日裁定受理浙江中捷環洲供應鏈集團股份有限公司破產清算一案，並於2019年10月15日指定浙江京衡律師事務所、寧波科信會計事務所有限公司為浙江中捷環洲供應鏈集團股份有限公司管理人。浙江中捷環洲供應鏈集團股份有限公司的債權人應自公告之日起2019年11月28日止，向浙江中捷環洲供應鏈集團股份有限公司管理人(通訊地址:浙江省杭州市延安路515號浙信大廈5樓502室；聯繫電話：0571-28972170，聯繫人：陳律師)申報債權。未在上述期限內申報債權的，可以在破產財產分配方案提交債權人會議討論前補充申報，單對此前已進行的分配無權要求補充分配，同時要承擔為審查和確認補充申報債權所產生的費用。未申報債券的，不得依照《中華人民共和國企業破產法》規定的程序行使權利。浙江中捷環洲供應鏈集團股份有限公司管理人清償債務或交付財產。
本院定於2019年12月3日上午9時在本院召開第一次債權人會議。依法申報債權的債權人有權參加債權人會議。參加會議的債權人系法人或其他組織的，應提交營業執照、法定代表人或負責人身份證明書，如委託代理人出席會議，應提交特別授權委託書、委託代理人的身份證件或律師執業證，委託代理人是律師的還應提交律師事務所的指派函。參加會議的債權人系自然人的人，應提交個人身份證明，如委託代理人出席會議，應提交特別授權委託書、委託代理人的身份證件或律師執業證，委託代理人是律師的還應提交律師事務所的指派函。
截止公告披露日，中捷環洲共持有公司1.2億股股份，佔公司總股本比例為17.45%，中捷環洲進入破產程序，目前不會影響到公司的生產經營，公司實際控制權存在一定的不確定性。
