東方能源(000958.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤升31.91%至1.55億元
格隆匯8月22日丨東方能源(000958.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告,實現營業收入約15.73億元,同比增長8.56%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1.55億元,同比增長31.91%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約1.51億元,同比增長80.28%;基本每股收益0.14元。
本報告期,在公司黨委和董事會的正確領導下,公司廣大幹部職工齊心協力,按照年度工作會議總體部署,協調有序推進各項工作。截至2019年6月30日,東方能源總資產126.22億元,歸屬於上市公司股東淨資產27.50億元。上半年全年完成售電量24.35億千瓦時、售熱量1141.52萬吉焦,實現營業總收入15.73億元,歸屬於母公司的淨利潤約1.55億元。上半年主要經營情況如下:
規劃推進成效明顯。上半年,獲取資源儲備200萬千瓦,取得核准(備案)項目開發權28.2萬千瓦,投產20萬千瓦。期末裝機容量134.21萬千瓦。一是以產業政策為導向,加快推進大連花園口40萬千瓦海上風電項目,核准申請已上報,天津寧河、北辰區6.2萬千瓦分散式風電項目取得核准,核准容量位列京津區域各大央企首位。二是同時在內蒙古、山西等地謀劃千萬千瓦級清潔能源基地直送河北南網。三是以“零拖期”為目標,強化工程進度管理,和順風電、阜城風電、淶源扶貧光伏項目實現全容量投產。
安全基礎更加穩固。以實現“零死亡”為目標,實行服務精細化管控,新能源集約化與智能化管理上持續加力,公司始終保持了安全穩定、生產有序、設備可靠的良好局面,實現“零傷亡、零事故”。一是立足“三個優化”,即優化日常管理、運行方式、檢修週期,提升熱電生產管理精細化水平。二是推進“三個轉變”,即運管模式向集中運行監控轉變,調度權向運營中心轉變,運維管理向智能化轉變,公司新能源集約化與智能化管理水平明顯提升。三是構建“四化一體”,即搭建智能化、網格化、信息化、品牌化供熱管理模式,供熱服務實現了由單一生產向綜合服務的轉型升級,樹立了“情暖萬家”特色品牌。
企業管控全面增強。以“持續深化改革”總體要求為重點,着力在健全治理體系、強化風險防範、優化獎懲激勵機制等方面下功夫,加快推進企業治理體系和治理能力的現代化。一是聚焦頂層設計,印發“三重一大”決策指導意見和工作手冊,進一步規範了管理程序和標準,提高了決策的科學化管理水平。二是聚焦依法治企,進一步加強依法治企組織管理和措施落地,編制印發了《依法治企考核方案》《法律顧問隊伍建設指導意見》《案件清理三年行動計劃》《訴訟風險防範方案》,並組織實施。三是聚焦風險防控,做好公司審計工作,對公司系統所有單位開展合規建設督查。四是聚焦激勵導向,構建“JYKJ”管理體系的要求,建立具有公司特色的“1+N+6”制度體系,充分發揮薪酬的激勵約束作用。五是聚焦對標提升,有序推進月度指標對標和年度重點目標對標,創新開展落後指標整改對標和優秀指標創一流對標。六是聚焦人才培養,加強內訓師隊伍管理,建立公司外部師資庫。
