6. The above rewards will be distributed to the customer's Prize Center within 14 working days after meeting the specified conditions.
7. If the customer fails to redeem the reward voucher in the Prize Center within 60 days from receipt, the voucher will expire. The validity period of the relevant reward voucher can be found in the terms and conditions of the Prize Center.
8. If the same friend receives multiple referral links from different referrers or multiple referral links for different friend referral promotions, the referrer will be rewarded based on the referral link used by the friend, as recorded in the company's system.
9. Both the referrer and the friend must hold valid accounts with the company to be eligible to redeem the rewards.
10. Regardless of whether the referrer holds multiple accounts with the company, the company will consider it as one account and has the right to issue the above rewards in any one of the accounts.
11. The referrer will only receive the rewards if the friend has not registered with the company using any other identity.
12. If the friend successfully registers through this promotion, they are not eligible to participate in other similar referral promotions to receive the friend's rewards, but the referrer is not restricted.
13. If the friend is a non-Hong Kong resident, they should be aware of whether the regulations or laws of their country or region allow for cross-border investments.
14. In case of any dispute, uSMART Securities Limited reserves the right to make the final decision on the promotion and its decision shall be binding on the participants.
15. In the event of suspected fraud, violation of any regulations, or inappropriate behavior leading to the termination of the customer's account by the company, the company reserves the right to take any necessary legal actions to recover any prizes granted to the customer and pursue any legal liabilities or losses arising from the customer's actions.
