If a friend (the "Friend”) registered and opened an account by online verification successfully via the “Friendship challenge, Surprises are waiting for you!” page during the promotional period, the Friend can receive the following rewards:
(1) Receive one chance for the Lucky Draw*; and
(2) The Friend can receive cash coupons* and the welcome offer# after fulfilling specific requirements.
The following rewards will be given to the sharer after each of their invited Friends (invitees) had registered and opened an account by online verification successfully:
(1) Receive one chance for the Lucky Draw*; and
(2) The Sharer can receive cash coupons* after their invited Friend and the Sharer had fulfilling specific requirements.

Terms and Conditions:
- Promotional period: From 1 October 2021 to 31 December 2021 (inclusive of both dates).
- This promotion is only available to customers who are Hong Kong residents or holders of overseas passports and 18 years old or above.
- If a friend (the “Friend”) fulfils all the requirements below, the Friend can receive the following rewards:

- The validity of the cash promotion coupons above is for 90 days. If the sharer and their Friend are unable to fulfil all of the related activation requirements within 90 days upon receiving the cash promotion coupons, the cash promotion coupons will become void.
- For the trade with an amount of HK$500 or more, it includes but not limited to Stocks, ETFs, Warrants and Funds, except IPO and Stock Options.
- If the trading amount is in a currency other than HKD, please use the following exchange rates (USD to HKD: 1USD=7.75HKD; RMB to HKD: 1RMB=1.10HKD).
- If multiple sharers send a link to the same Friend or a Friend received links from multiple sharers, the relevant rewards will only be given to the corresponding sharer according to the registration link used by the Friend and is subject to the final discretion and records in uSMART's system.
- Both the sharer and the Friend must have valid accounts at uSMART in order to be able to redeem the relevant rewards.
- Whether or not the sharer owns multiple accounts at uSMART, uSMART will only regard them as one account and reserve the right to provide the relevant rewards into any one of the accounts.
- The Friend can only receive the relevant rewards if they have never registered for an account at uSMART previously.
- If the Friend registered an account online successfully through this promotional event, they are prohibited from joining other similar promotional events simultaneously to receive rewards as a friend. However, the Sharer is not limited to joining other similar promotional events.
- In the case of any suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behavior resulting in the suspension of your account by uSMART, uSMART reserves the right to take any and all necessary legal actions to recover the rewards that have been given or paid to the customer and to recover any and all losses arising from the above mentioned behaviors and/or violations by the client.
- After winning any relevant prizes, the client are required to go to the “Rewards Center” in the uSMART App to redeem the coupons. For the stock coupon prizes, the relevant stock coupons will be activated and distributed to customers' account within 7 working days Customers need to redeem the stock coupons within 30 days after receiving the prizes. Otherwise, they will be deemed to have forfeited their right to claim such prizes. For the physical prizes or cash coupons, the client will receive a redemption letter via email to inform the client to collect the prize. For the client to pick up the physical prizes, they should follow the instructions specified in the redemption letter and make an appointment to collect the prize(s) in advance by calling uSMART's customer service hotline at +852 3018 4526. If the physical prizes do not claim on or before 31 January 2022, they will be deemed to have forfeited their right to claim such prizes.
- Under all circumstances, physical prizes are not exchangeable (including but not limited to its color, model, memory size), transferrable, refundable or exchanged to cash.
- Physical prizes are supplied by the relevant merchandising suppliers, customers are advised to carefully read the relevant terms and conditions, and instructions on how to utilize the prizes. Any warranty available for the prizes are provided by the relevant suppliers, and uSMART is not be responsible for any defections, flaws or claims against the physical prizes. uSMART will not reissue, replace or bear any responsibility if the prizes are lost, damaged or defaced.

- If the price of any shares rewarded to customers decreases or becomes valueless due to any corporate actions or any other reasons by its listed company, uSMART is not responsible for any such losses and will not bear any liability and/or provide any related compensation to the customers. Customers must bear their own risks in this regard.
- If there are any inconsistencies or ambiguity between Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
