A designated bottle of Red Wine gift (Limited to April 2021) Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotional Period: From 1st April 2021 to 18:00 of 30th April 2021.
2. This promotion is only available to customers in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region who are 18 years old or above.
3. If a friend (the "Friend") who registers for an account successfully via the “Share with Friends for Getting Prizes, Prizes & Gadgets are waiting for you” page, the Friend can receive a designated bottle of red wine.
4. A designated bottleof red wine will be given to sharers after their Friend successfully opens an account online. If multiple sharers sent invitations to a single invitee or a single invitee received links from multiple sharers, the relevant rewards will only be given to the corresponding sharer according to the registration link used by invitee. Such record is subject to uSMART's systemic record and absolute discretion.
5. The Friend (invitee) must have not registered with uSMART before in order for the sharer to receive the prizes.
6. The invitees must have an uSMART account for receiving the prizes. Regardless of whether the invitees holds more than one account with uSMART, uSMART will only treat it as one account and reserve the right to issue any such rewards into one of the invitee’s accounts only.
7. A notice will be sent to the customer’s registered phone number through Whatsapp after 7 trading days from the end of this promotion (30 Apr 2021) to inform the customer on how to redeem the relevant prizes.
8. uSMART does not provide any shipping or delivery services for the prizes, and customers need to collect the prizes at uSMART's branches at Mong Kok or Causeway Bay after receiving their notice to pick up the prizes. Customers must pick up their gift on the designated date, or else their right to receive the prize will be waived and became invalid (customers cannot later extend the time for redemption). To be environmentally friendly, please bring your own bags when collecting the gift.
9. If the invitee registered an account successfully through this promotional event, they are not entitled to participate in other similar promotional events to receive rewards for invitees, but they will be still able to participate and receive rewards as an inviter.
10. In case of any termination of the customer’s account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behaviour, uSmart Securities Limited reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotional plan and for any loss arising from such behaviour.
11. 5. The validity of the cash coupons above are for 90 days. If the sharer and their Friend are unable to fulfil all of the related activation requirements within 90 days upon receiving the cash coupons, the cash coupons will become void.

The accumulated trading amounts mentioned as part of the related award activation requirements are calculated in HKD and includes HK Stocks, US Stocks, CN Stocks, Warrants, Callable Bull/Bear Contracts, ETF, Inline Warrants and Grey Market Trading. • Example 1: The Friend has made a first-time deposit of HK$100,000 or above and within 90 days of receiving their cash coupon, has bought 1 lot of Tencent (00700.HK) shares (Assuming 1 lot equals to HK$718 X 100 Shares) = HK$71,800, hence the Friend will receive a HK$400 Cash Coupon;
• Example 2: The Friend has made a first-time deposit of HK$80,000, then buy and sells 6 shares of Tesla (TSLA.US) (Assuming that 1 share is equal to US$781 X 6 shares X 7.75 (Standard Exchange Rate) X 2 (which includes a Buy and Sell Transaction, a total of 2 transactions) = HK$72,633, hence the Friend will receive a HK$200 Cash Coupon.

9. If multiple sharers send a link to the same Friend or a Friend received links from multiple sharers, the relevant rewards will only be given to the corresponding sharer according to the registration link used by the Friend and is subject to the final discretion and records in uSmart’s system.
10. Both the sharer and the Friend must have valid accounts at uSmart in order to be able to redeem the relevant rewards.
11. Whether or not the sharer owns multiple accounts at uSmart, uSmart will only regard them as one account and reserve the right to provide the relevant rewards into any one of the accounts.
12. The Friend can only receive the relevant rewards if they have never registered for an account at uSmart previously.
13. If the Friend registered an account online successfully through this promotional event, they are prohibited from joining other similar promotional events simultaneously to receive rewards by sharing to other friend. However, the sharer is not limited to joining other similar promotional events.
14. In the case of any suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behavior resulting in the suspension of your account by uSmart, uSmart reserves the right to take any and all necessary legal actions to recover the rewards that have been given or paid to the customer and to recover any and all losses arising from the abovementioned behaviors and/or violations by the client.
15. After winning any relevant prizes, the winners are required to go to the “Rewards Center” in the uSMART App to redeem them, and for any physical prizes, the client will receive a redemption letter via email to inform the winter to collect the prize. For the winners of physical prizes, they should follow the instructions specified in the redemption letter and make an appointment to collect the prize(s) in advance by calling uSmart’s customer service hotline at +852 3018 4526. If the winners of the physical prizes do not claim the prizes on or before 15 July 2021, they will be deemed to have forfeited their right to claim such prizes.
16. Under all circumstances, physical prizes are not exchangeable (including but not limited to its color, model, memory size), transferrable, refundable or exchanged to cash.
17. Physical prizes are supplied by the relevant merchandising suppliers, customers are advised to carefully read the relevant terms and conditions, and instructions on how to utilize the prizes. Any warranty available for the prizes are provided by the relevant suppliers, and uSmart is not be responsible for any defections, flaws or claims against the physical prizes. uSmart will not reissue, replace or bear any responsibility if the prizes are lost, damaged or defaced.
