美國聯邦地區法院奧斯普法官(William Alsup)初步批准人工智能公司Anthropic以15億美元和解一宗版權集體訴訟案。該案由多位作家和著作權持有人提起,指控Anthropic未經授權使用其著作內容訓練AI系統。
Anthropic將向因從盜版圖書館下載並用於AI訓練而受到影響的近五十萬本書籍著作權持有人支付每本約3,000美元的賠償金。奧斯普法官認為該賠償金額公平合理。
