資金動向 | 北水拋售港股逾40億港元，加倉阿里巴巴、中芯國際
9月23日，南下資金今日淨賣出港股40.69港元。
其中，淨買入阿里巴巴-W 16.73億、中芯國際5.02億、康方生物2.19億、大衆公用1.9億、晶泰控股1.58億；淨賣出盈富基金32.71億、恆生中國企業9.93億、泡泡瑪特3.74億、華虹半導體2.33億、騰訊控股2.22億。
據統計，南下資金已連續23日淨買入阿里巴巴，共計621.1489億港元。
北水關注個股
阿里巴巴：阿里Qwen團隊的負責人在X平臺上透露，阿里Qwen團隊今晚要發佈6個“新東西”，1個產品，2個開源模型，3個API接口。此外，阿里巴巴旗下高德宣佈，即日起爲全國所有餐飲商家免一年入駐年費，併爲商家提供流量補貼、專屬客服、智能收銀等一系列支持服務。全國餐飲商家不分規模大小均可申請。
中芯國際：高盛將中芯國際H股12個月目標價從73.1港元上調至83.5港元，稱中國AI芯片的長期需求增長前景將更加明朗，這將使中芯國際等領先的國內代工廠受益。分析師Allen Chang表示，受中國雲服務提供商增加資本支出預算以及人工智能終端應用日益豐富的推動，中國對人工智能芯片的需求將不斷增長。維持中芯國際2025-2027年盈利預測基本不變，並基於營收和毛利率的提高，將2028和2029年每股收益預測分別上調1%和2%。
大衆公用：大衆公用近日在互動平臺表示，公司參股深創投，深創投及其基金持有宇樹科技股份。此外，大衆公用上月公佈的2025年中期業績表現亮眼。報告期內，公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.33億元，同比飆升172.62%；經營活動現金流量淨額達7.61億元，同比激增160.29%。其中，深創投上半年實現淨利潤10.47億元，大衆公用按權益法確認投資收益1.18億元。據悉，深創投直接持有中微公司、華大九天、商湯科技等硬科技明星項目。
騰訊控股：騰訊9月23日回購86.7萬股股份，耗資約5.5億港元。此外，騰訊控股公告，公司已根據其全球中期票據計劃完成發行總額爲90億元的票據。此次發行包括將於2030年到期的20億元2.1%優先票據、2035年到期的60億元2.5%優先票據，以及2055年到期的10億元3.1%優先票據。這些票據的發行是根據此前計劃的多次修訂和更新完成的。
