Google擬向歐盟提交廣告科技調整方案 避免拆分Ad Manager
Alphabet(GOOG.US)旗下Google將於11月初前,依照歐盟規定提交廣告科技業務調整方案,以因應近期約30億歐元(約35億美元)的罰款。不過,方案不會涉及全面拆分旗下的Ad Manager,包括AdX交易平台及DoubleClick for Publishers,此舉有別於歐盟及業界競爭對手過往推動的分拆要求。
歐盟反壟斷主管里韋拉(Teresa Ribera)早前暗示,為確保公平競爭,可能要求Google剝離部分廣告科技資產,立場較前任主張全面分拆的態度更為溫和。
