《港樓》長實(01113.HK)郭子威:減息降低置業者按揭成本 帶動豪宅交投
長實集團(01113.HK)營業部首席經理郭子威表示,市場預期美國年內仍有兩次減息,累積減幅將達0.5%;料將進一步降低置業者的按揭成本,減輕入市壓力之餘,同時吸引更多追求資產保值、增值的投資者關注豪宅市場,為需求注入活力。
另外,政府將投資移民的住宅物業投資門檻,由原本5,000萬元降至3,000萬元,有望降低高淨值投資者進入香港豪宅市場的門檻,帶動高端豪宅的需求。在香港經濟基本面、人口結構改變,以及人才引進計劃成效顯著之下,豪宅的需求同步增加,進一步鞏固豪宅市場的上漲基礎。
