尚太科技(001301.SZ):擬在香港設立全資子公司負責境外焦類原材料供應商的探索、採購和貿易
格隆匯9月16日丨尚太科技(001301.SZ)公佈,人造石墨負極材料原材料主要爲焦類原材料,具體包括石油焦、針狀焦以及經煅燒後的上述原材料等,其主要爲原油煉化過程中的各種渣油、重油爲原料,經預處理、焦化工藝等生產得到的副產品,與石油煉化產能密切相關。當前,除我國外,全球石油煉化重點國家還包括美國、俄羅斯、中東地區國家等,且其本地缺少人造石墨負極材料產業,對相關焦類原材料的探索、開發及研究還有所不足。基於上述情況,公司擬以自有資金在中國香港設立全資子公司,負責境外焦類原材料供應商的探索、採購和貿易,利用中國香港作爲國際貿易中心、物流中心、金融中心的區位優勢,發掘更多品種的焦類原材料,把握新能源行業的發展機遇,滿足自身以及行業的生產需求。
