中海宏洋(00081.HK)與7家香港銀行簽訂貸款協議 獲30億人幣貸款
中海宏洋(00081.HK)公布,上周三(10日)在香港舉辦簽約儀式,與7家著名銀行組成的銀團,簽訂總額最高為等值30億元人民幣的貸款協議。此次貸款為中海宏洋歷年來籌組的最高金額境外銀行貸款,信貸期限為36個月。
與中海宏洋簽訂貸款協議的銀行包括中銀香港(02388.HK)、星展銀行香港分行、交通銀行香港分行、東亞銀行(00023.HK)、南洋商業銀行、中國民生銀行香港分行、平安銀行香港分行等。
同日,中海宏洋宣布面向專業投資者公開發行2025年公司債券(第二期),發行規模不超過13億元人民幣,包含兩個品種,分別為3年期和5年期。後經中海宏洋和主承銷商充分協商和審慎判斷,最終確定該期債券品種一的票面利率為2.4%,品種二取消發行。
