近日,福布斯中國正式揭曉"2025中國最佳僱主"系列評選結果。極兔速遞憑藉其在數智化人才管理、智慧物流技術應用與卓越僱主品牌建設等方面的突出表現,成功入選"2025中國年度最佳數智化僱主",成為物流行業中備受矚目的獲獎企業。

"福布斯中國最佳僱主"評選已連續舉辦五年,是中國職場領域最具公信力和影響力的獎項之一。本次評選通過科學的評估框架,以及多個維度對企業進行綜合考察。極兔速遞憑藉其在數智化招聘、智能人才管理、員工關懷與成長機制等方面的系統化實踐,從數百家參選企業中脱穎而出。

本次評選採用僱主問卷(40%)、僱員投票(40%)、輿情與企業資質審核(20%) 三者結合的評估體系,確保結果的客觀性與全面性。評選維度覆蓋戰略與組織能力、數智化與創新能力、員工發展、企業社會責任等六大方面。極兔速遞在全球範圍內收集了超過300份僱員調研問卷,員工們對公司數智化工具的應用體驗、培訓發展體系、工作環境給予了高度評價,這些積極反饋為極兔最終獲獎奠定了堅實基礎。
極兔速遞始終將"人"視為企業最寶貴的資產,在員工權益、多元包容、職業發展、健康安全等方面進行了系統化實踐。在員工發展與培訓方面,極兔建立了覆蓋全球13國的績效管理體系,根據PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)循環管理原則,通過明確員工的努力方向,實現員工的成長。截至2024年,極兔開展培訓超1,089,974人次,覆蓋全球77.65%的員工。公司還推出了"五星收派員"評選、"J&T講述女性故事專欄"等項目,有效提升了員工的歸屬感與榮譽感。
