FTC稱調查Alphabet、Meta及OpenAI等公司AI聊天機械人安全問題
美國聯邦貿易委員會(FTC)週四表示,將向Alphabet(GOOG.US)、Meta(META.US)、OpenAI、xAI 和Snap(SNAP.US)等七家公司發出命令,以瞭解其人工智能聊天機械人如何對兒童和青少年產生負面影響。
該機構指,人工智能聊天機械人可能用於模擬類似人類的交流和與用戶的人際關係,並希望瞭解該等公司所採取的措施來評估安全性。委員會又稱,正尋求有關該等公司如何將用戶參與度貨幣化、開發和批準角色、使用或共享個人資訊、監控和執行公司規則和服務條款的遵守情況以及減輕負面影響等資訊。
