《大行》花旗升信德(00242.HK)目標價至0.99元 上半年核心利潤轉正
花旗發表報告指,信德集團(00242.HK)2025年上半年核心利潤轉正,達2.7億港元,對比去年同期錄核心虧損1.08億港元,主要受惠於地產、酒店及投資業務表現改善。根據信德今年上半年業績並將估值基礎推展至2026年預測,該行將其資產淨值(NAV)預測上調25%。在應用略高的目標折讓率(從73%調升至74%,仍較歷史平均折讓率低一個標準差)後,目標價從0.82港元上調至0.99港元。維持「買入」評級,因目前交易價格較NAV存在約80%的深度折讓。
