信置(00083.HK)、嘉華(00173.HK)及中國海外(00688.HK)合作發展的錦上路站第一期項目柏瓏I、II,更新31伙價單定價,當中部分單位屬撻訂貨,發展商又將折扣由原先16%增至最多30%,有個別單位在減價前後相差逾22%。另柏瓏I落實本周五(12日)銷售27伙。
最新更新的31伙全屬一房間隔,單位實用面積339至384平方呎,在調整前價單定價原先為737.6萬至919.3萬元,最高折扣為16%,經調整後的價單定價為736.7萬元至855.2萬元,折扣增至最多30%,最新折實售價為515.69萬至598.64萬元。
當中減價最高為6座19樓B5室,實用面積384平方呎,屬一房連儲物室間隔,價單定價由919.3萬元減至855.2萬元,減幅約7%,扣除最新折扣最多30%,折實價由772.21萬元減至598.64萬元,減幅173.57萬元或22.5%。
