《內房》傳中信城開擬斥120億人幣入股綠景中國深圳白石洲舊改項目
據內地媒體報道,中信股份旗下中信城開擬出資120億元人民幣(下同),入股綠景中國地產(00095.HK)白石洲項目2-3-4期50%股份。
資料顯示,深圳白石洲舊改項目號稱「全國最大城市更新項目」,地處深圳南山區的核心地帶,規劃總建面358萬平方米,預估貨值約2,200億元。
中信城開為中信集團旗下子公司,已在深圳打造深圳灣、中信金融中心、凱旋君庭及紅樹灣等多個項目。(ta/w)
