《大行》高盛下調香格里拉(亞洲)(00069.HK)目標價至5元 評級「沽售」
高盛研究報告表示,香格里拉(亞洲)(00069.HK)今年上半年淨利潤5,800萬美元,按年下降39%。集團維持穩定中期股息每股5港仙,剔除特殊項目後意味著派息率達45%。假設下半年的最終股息為10港仙,高盛預測今年總股息達15港仙,意味著當前股價下股息率達3%。
高盛將香格里拉2025至2027年的有效EBITDA預測下調6%至7%,並將目標價從5.2港元下調至5港元,但考慮到債務減少進度緩慢,認為重評空間有限,在其酒店覆蓋範圍內維持「沽售」評級。
