2025年上半年，中國聯塑繼續秉持"深耕管業，乘勢綠能，互惠共贏"的發展思路，並以"質量爲生命，以科技爲龍頭，以顧客滿意爲宗旨"爲經營方針。面對複雜多變的市場環境，集團堅定執行穩健發展戰略，實現管道系統業務及多元化業務的並行發展，並以輕資產模式着力拓展海外市場，積極擴闊整體收入基礎，持續釋放企業長期價值和可持續發展。
集團繼續深化"品質化，平臺化，全球化"的品牌核心戰略，堅持技術創新，專業和高品質發展。集團持續投入研發，提升產品性能和生產效率，以高品質產品鞏固市場地位。同時，集團積極響應國家"雙碳"戰略，推動綠色製造，提升資源利用效率，減少能耗和排放，努力打造綠色工廠，爲可持續發展貢獻力量。
期內，集團塑料管道系統業務收入爲人民幣108.56億元(2024年上半年：人民幣112.19億元)。集團在生產方面積極踐行綠色製造理念，以"智造"加碼"製造"，利用AI、5G、互聯網、物聯網等新一代資訊技術，升級打造集物聯網、智能製造和自動化生產於一體的智能工廠。2025年上半年，集團塑料管道系統生產的年度設計產能爲337萬噸，平均產能使用率約73.2%。
集團繼續深耕塑料管道系統主業，把握創新發展主引擎，不斷提升技術研發實力，將管道產品多元化，滿足市場需求及引領行業創新發展。特別是在農業應用市場，集團持續推動綠色農業生產模式的應用，精準調整產品策略，推動產品轉型，並推出一系列高品質農業管道產品，助力農業綠色轉型。
國際戰略方面，集團繼續加速推進品牌出海和本土化發展，積極開拓海外市場，除了將東南亞和北美作爲發展區域重點，深度參與當地市場和基礎設施建設，同時亦致力打入非洲市場。繼坦桑尼亞生產基地正式投產後，中國聯塑的埃塞俄比亞生產基地於2025年5月順利舉行開業儀式，爲東非市場發展增加新動力。目前，集團已在多個國家和地區設立生產基地和銷售中心，助力構建覆蓋海外市場的綠色建材供應鏈體系，進一步夯實全球供應鏈體系。總體而言，海外市場開拓進度符合預期，業務整體表現良好。
展望2025年下半年，中國聯塑將審時度勢，繼續實施穩健發展戰略，降低經營環境和行業週期對自身業務發展的影響，發揮智能製造的硬核實力，推動產品創新升級，提升品牌和市場滲透，進一擴大收入基礎和提升盈利能力，持續爲股東創造長遠價值。
