《大行》高盛降海底撈(06862.HK)目標價至14.7元 維持「中性」評級
高盛研究報告指,預期下半年海底撈(06862.HK)收入增長將恢復正軌,因基數較低及營運優化措施見效,但消費環境仍對翻桌率復甦構成阻力。雖然該行料利潤率將逐漸改善,但下半年利潤率仍面臨壓力,因去年高基數,加上公司持續投入客戶體驗及員工福利;不過股東回報可支持股價。
因應門店數量及銷售增長放緩,加上短期利潤率逆風,該行將2025至2027年盈利預測下調7%至14%,維持「中性」評級,目標價由15.3元降至14.7元。
