特朗普政府撤銷英特爾、三星及SK海力士中國業務豁免
美國特朗普政府週五宣佈,將撤銷三星電子、SK海力士及英特爾(INTC.US)子公司在中國業務的技術使用豁免,進一步收緊北京獲取先進晶片製造技術的渠道。
三星與SK海力士高度依賴中國生產記憶體晶片,該等元件廣泛用於中國組裝的智能手機及消費電子產品。撤銷豁免將大幅削弱其在華製造能力,並可能擾亂全球供應鏈。
該豁免最初由拜登政府於2023年批出,允許韓國晶片大廠持續在中國擴充產能,以避免市場震盪。然而特朗普政府是次改變立場,凸顯華府對中國取得高階製程技術的憂慮日增。
