《內房》長春擬降新建商品住房貸款首付款比例
長春市住房公積金管理中心發佈《關於調整住房公積金個人住房貸款政策的通知(徵求意見稿)》,擬降低新建商品住房貸款首付款比例。意見徵求期截至下週五(9月5日)。
徵求意見稿提出,首次使用住房公積金貸款,或第二次使用住房公積金貸款且在擬購房所在地無住房的職工家庭,購買位於長春市主城區及開發區的新建商品住房,貸款首付款比例將由不低於20%調整爲不低於15%。
