英諾賽科(02577.HK)公佈中期業績 氮化鎵模組收益大幅增加121.7% 實現毛利轉正里程碑
格隆匯8月28日丨英諾賽科(02577.HK)公吿，截至2025年6月30日止六個月，公司實現銷售收入人民幣553.4百萬元，同比增長43.4%。其中氮化鎵模組所得收益由上年同期的106.5百萬元增加至報吿期內的236.1百萬元，同比增加121.7%，主要由於與客户深化合作，產品持續迭代，獲得客户端的廣泛使用。
集團報吿期內毛利率為+6.8%，對比2024年同期的-21.6%，再次大幅提升28.4個百分點，實現毛利轉正里程碑。毛利率的改善主要由於公司收入提升，生產規模效應釋放，並持續優化生產工藝，降低成本。
報吿期內，集團的研發成本為人民幣162.3百萬元，較上年同期的人民幣145.5百萬元增加11.5%，主要由於產品應用領域拓展，相應增加研發投入。
公司基於國際化運營理念，為全球客户服務。公司組建了國際化的管理團隊與人才隊伍，在美國、歐洲、日韓和中國台灣等地設立了子公司或市場推廣機構，以便更好地拓展國際市場。公司已與歐美多家傳統功率芯片大廠、AI數據中心頭部廠商展開戰略合作，共同推動氮化鎵芯片方案在消費電子、汽車電子、AI數據中心等領域的大規模應用。報吿期內，集團海外業務收入人民幣63.7百萬元，佔總收入比例為11.5%，同比增長57.8%。
作為全球首家大規模量產8英寸晶圓的氮化鎵IDM企業，2025年上半年，公司與國內外多家知名企業達成合作意向。意法半導體與集團簽署聯合開發協議，共同拓展各自的產品組合和市場供應能力，滿足境內外客户對多樣化應用的需求；美的與公司達成戰略合作，雙方共同投入，聚焦氮化鎵在家電等領域應用拓展，開展創新研發，推動氮化鎵新產品和方案在家電、廚電等應用領域落地，其中700V高壓氮化鎵產品率先成功於美的抽油煙機產品中實現量產，並將進一步拓展至空調、冰箱、洗衣機等產品應用中；聯合汽車電子與公司成立聯合實驗室，合作開發更小體積、更輕量的電動汽車電源和動力系統，推動氮化鎵在新能源汽車電力電子系統的場景化應用；英偉達與公司達成合作，聯合推動800V直流電源架構在AI數據中心的規模化落地。公司為英偉達提供從800V輸入到GPU終端，覆蓋15V到1200V的全鏈路氮化鎵電源解決方案。
報吿期內，集團新增客户導入693項，新增55家直銷客户、1家經銷商。
集團計劃將產能擴充至每月2萬片晶圓，持續提升產能利用率和製造良率，並利用產能優勢深化與傳統功率芯片大廠的戰略合作、開展量產出貨，服務客户定製化需求。在工藝技術方面，公司3.0代工藝技術平台以及車規、合封IC等產品平台將繼續優化升級，以確保為公司客户提供更具性價比的氮化鎵產品。
公司將繼續推動與全球半導體頭部企業和重點客户的深度合作，落地各類能源變革的解決方案，大幅拓展全球市場空間。展望未來，公司將利用自身的技術引領和規模化製造的競爭優勢，成為全球氮化鎵功率產品的引領者，賦能全球綠色科技革命，助力全球能源轉型和可持續發展，為人類創造更加低碳節能、高效智慧的美好「芯」未來！
