盛業(06069.HK)於HashKey Chain成功發行亞太區首個供應鏈資產RWA代幣化項目
格隆匯8月27日丨盛業(06069.HK)宣佈，2025年8月27日，集團在亞洲數字資產金融服務集團HashKey Group旗下的以太坊Layer-2公鏈HashKey Chain上，成功完成亞太區首個供應鏈資產RWA(Real World Assets)代幣化項目發行。
本次RWA代幣化項目設立1億美元等值的儲架額度，掛鈎盛業國際供應鏈科技平臺內涵蓋電商等多個產業板塊的優質供應鏈資產真實收益，獲得了國際投資者積極認購。本次RWA代幣化項目會以多幣種、開放穩定幣結算等創新形式分期發行，將包括但不限於供應鏈收益權代幣化、通證化供應鏈借款等多種產品。此外，在本次RWA代幣化項目中，HashKey Chain作爲合規友好的區塊鏈基礎設施，爲集團提供安全、穩定且可組合的技術底座，並依託其在智能合約標準與模塊化部署方面的領先優勢，支持集團科技平臺上供應鏈實體資產在鏈上的登記、對接、對賬與流通，確保此類資產在「鏈下－鏈上」間實現全流程高效流轉與可追溯。與此同時，HashKey Group旗下的HashKey NexaToken則爲本次RWA代幣化項目提供了關鍵的上鍊技術支持。HashKey NexaToken專注於爲傳統金融資產提供高效、安全的代幣化服務，依託其優化的用戶體驗、高性能低成本設計、快速部署能力及高安全性，靈活適配盛業供應鏈資產的多元化場景需求，助力本次RWA代幣化項目快速落地並實現鏈上資產的高效流轉。
