安踏體育(02020.HK)上半年經調整股東應佔溢利增加7.1%至65.97億元
格隆匯8月27日丨安踏體育(02020.HK)公告,2025年上半年,集團業務保持穩健發展,在行業中實現較快的收入及利潤增長:收入同比增加14.3%至人民幣385.44億元。經調整股東應佔溢利增加7.1%至人民幣65.97億元;不包括由Amer Sports上市事項權益攤薄所致的利得,股東應佔溢利增加14.5%至人民幣70.31億元。董事會已宣派截至2025年6月30日止6個月的中期股息每股普通股港幣137分。
於本財政期內,安踏與FILA作爲集團的兩大基石品牌,憑藉其龐大的市場規模與品牌韌性,貢獻穩健的業績增長;DESCENTE及KOLONSPORT則快速搶佔專業細分領域的增量空間,錄得強勁增長,帶動集團收入實現雙位數增長。集團逆勢跑贏整體消費大盤及行業,進一步擴大市場份額領先優勢,充分驗證其品牌矩陣管理與市場開拓能力。另一方面,部分國際體育用品品牌的增長動能減弱,市場領先地位受到挑戰,從而爲市場格局重塑創造了新的契機。
在本財政期內,安踏分部收入同比增長5.4%至人民幣169.5億元(2024年上半年:人民幣160.8億元),經營溢利率上升1.5個百分點至23.3%(2024年上半年:21.8%)。爲應對專業運動賽道的激烈競爭,安踏積極打造創新的專業產品,針對性佈局多個高增長細分市場,規模穩步擴大。此外,安踏穩步推進"全球化"戰略,在海外市場的拓展成效顯著,帶來新動力並提升品牌形象。
FILA分部收入實現了8.6%的同比增長至達人民幣141.8億元(2024年上半年:人民幣130.6億元)。經營溢利率按年減少0.9個百分點至27.7%(2024年上半年:28.6%),主要源於品牌對提升產品功能與質量的戰略性投入。品牌在專業運動領域表現尤其突出,網球、高爾夫、女子和戶外系列等運動品類保持較強的增長勢頭。
安踏體育將繼續秉持"單聚焦、多品牌、全球化"戰略,堅定以長期主義驅動可持續發展,在充滿機遇與挑戰的市場環境中穩健前行。
