《大行》大摩升希慎(00014.HK)目標價至14.3元續籲「減持」 對零售市場持謹慎態度
摩根士丹利研究報告指,將希慎興業(00014.HK)2025至27年各年基本每股盈利預測分別上調1%、4%及7%,以反映2025年上半年業績優於預期及利息成本降低等因素。維持2025至27年每股派息1元預測,對比2024年爲1.08元,因預期現金盈利無法完全覆蓋股息;目標價由12.5元上調至14.3元。
該行對香港零售整體市場仍持謹慎態度,因消費模式轉變、下半年預期出境旅遊增加,以及失業率上升。維持「減持」評級,因仍在等待香港零售市場出現實質且可持續的復甦。
