中國儒意(00136.HK)公佈中期業績 經調整淨利潤達13.03億元 同比大幅增長140%
格隆匯8月25日丨中國儒意(00136.HK)公告，2025年上半年，得益於公司整體業務的穩健增長與各核心板塊協同驅動，產業佈局優勢顯現，不僅有效提升了變現效率，也爲公司帶來了收入與利潤增長，整體經營業績表現強勁。集團實現營業收入人民幣22.06億元，同比增長20%；淨利潤達人民幣12.28億元，較去年同期（淨虧損人民幣1.23億元）實現扭虧爲盈，盈利能力步入實質性提升階段。
同時，報告期內，集團經調整淨利潤爲人民幣13.03億元，同比增長140%，體現了集團在成本管控、提升資源利用效率及優化盈利結構等方面取得的顯著成效，爲集團核心業務的可持續增長奠定了堅實基礎。
報告期內，公司秉持以優質內容爲內核的發展路線，參與出品及發行的影片數量與票房成績均穩居行業前列，多部作品躋身各檔期頭部陣營，其中公司主控出品的懸疑犯罪題材《誤殺3》與主控出品的愛情喜劇題材《騙騙喜歡你》雙雙入圍「2024微博網友年度期待影片」榜單，分別斬獲元旦檔票房冠、季軍；參與出品的《唐探1900》以超過36億元票房位列春節檔亞軍，同時榮獲了「2025微博電影之夜‧年度影片」和「第十七屆時光大賞‧十大期待電影」獎項；另一部公司聯合出品的閤家歡動畫《熊出沒?重啓未來》票房表現同樣亮眼，斬獲了人民幣8.21億元票房。
公司持續強化製作與發行能力，堅持多元化題材佈局，儲備項目方面：由屈楚蕭、王子文主演，姚婷婷執導的愛情奇幻電影《有朵雲像你》已定檔8月29日；由路陽執導，改編自兩屆中國科幻銀河獎得主小說的同名科幻電影《我們生活在南京》在積極籌備中；《蠻荒禁地》、《寒戰1994》、《歡迎來龍餐館》、《轉念花開》等重量級項目，以及與追光動畫系列化合作的動畫電影作品亦在穩步推進。
報告期內，公司在劇集領域的佈局成果顯着：刑偵涉案IP續作《三叉戟2》於上半年播出，市場反響熱烈；由宋軼、丞磊主演的原創小說改編的愛情武俠古裝劇《與晉長安》即將上線。此外，公司主控出品的多部劇集項目類型多元、百花齊放，涵蓋由潘粵明、王鶴棣主演的懸疑題材劇《黑夜告白》、張小斐、餘嘉誠主演的現實題材法治劇《檢察官與少年》及蔡文靜主演的都市情感輕喜劇《遇人不熟》，既開拓了多賽道敘事類型，也與多平臺達成友好合作。目前上述劇集均已完成後期製作，預計於2025年第四季度上線。
此外，集團旗下核心遊戲業務品牌「景秀JINGXIU」，於2025年上半年實現收入人民幣12.1億元，同比增幅40%，維持高水平增長。
