中煤能源(01898.HK)上半年股東應占利潤降31.5%至73億元 中期息每股0.166元
格隆匯8月22日丨中煤能源(01898.HK)公佈中期業績，2025年上半年，集團的收入為人民幣744.36億元，同比減少19.9%；公司股東應占利潤為人民幣73.25億元，同比減少31.5%，每股基本盈利為人民幣0.55元。上半年息税折舊攤銷前利潤為人民幣168.57億元，同比減少27.0%。經公司2024年度股東周年大會批准授權，董事會決議按照每股人民幣0.166元(含税)派發2025年中期股息。
上半年，集團科學高效組織生產，持續強化產銷協同。煤炭業務着力優化生產佈局，充分釋放礦井優質產能，完成商品煤產量6,734萬噸，同比增加84萬噸。緊盯穩市場份額和長協合同履約，加大「兩湖一江」冶金煤市場開拓，開闢大海則煤下水通道，完成自產商品煤銷量6,711萬噸，同比增加92萬噸。煤化工業務「安穩長滿優」運行，在按計劃合理安排部分裝置大修的情況下，完成主要煤化工產品產量298.8萬噸，同比增加6.1萬噸。深入踐行差異化和定製化營銷戰略，持續優化客户結構，煤化工產品實現全產精銷。電力業務強化設備管理，合理安排機組檢修，機組運行經濟性、可靠性明顯增強，完成發電量77.5億千瓦時，同比增長27.2%。煤礦裝備業務積極構建全生命週期服務體系，搶抓優質訂單，進一步提高主導產品中的中高端訂單佔比，累計簽訂合同總額113.51億元。
上半年，集團加快項目開發建設，推動「兩個聯營」紥實落地，打造「煤－電－化－新」緻密產業鏈。裏必煤礦、葦子溝煤礦建設按計劃推進，烏審旗2×660MW煤電一體化項目實現高標準開工。陝西榆林煤化工二期年產90萬噸聚烯烴項目土建工程基本完工，吊裝全球首套3,000噸級水煤漿半廢鍋。圖克10萬噸級「液態陽光」示範項目、平朔礦區三期100MW光伏項目加快建設。一批重點項目投產見效，安太堡2×350MW低熱值煤發電項目上半年實現利潤近億元，平朔礦區一期100MW、二期160MW光伏項目和上海能源新能源示範基地二期132MW光伏項目併網發電。統籌發展和安全，以安全生產「強基固本年」為主線，超前管控整治風險隱患，持續強化監督檢查，加大安全環保投入，深入推進污染防治攻堅，安全形勢保持穩定，未發生突發環境事件。
