整體售氣量持平 增長型業務穩健發展
(2025年8月20日)香港中華煤氣有限公司(股份代號：0003，下稱"集團")公佈中期業績。期內，集團營業額達港幣275.14億元，稅後經營利潤增長3%至港幣39.96億元，計入非經營性損益後，股東應佔溢利下降3%至港幣29.64億元。若剔除借貸匯兌損益，業務核心利潤實質上升4%。

香港公用業務方面，本港上半年平均氣溫低於去年同期，帶動住宅燃氣銷售增長。集團期內完成多項甲級商廈、體育場館、酒店及醫院的燃氣應用設施，加上旅遊業恢復暢旺等因素下，期內香港整體售氣量保持穩定。同時集團穩步推進氫能商業化進程，包括工地供氫及氫能充電等項目，預期將成爲未來利潤增長新動力。
內地公用業務方面，雖面對關稅問題影響，經濟環境及北方暖冬等因素挑戰，城市燃氣售氣量仍保持穩定。另外通過順價工作、精細化管理及積極與上遊供氣企業建立緊密合作關係，燃氣業務利潤保持穩定，城市燃氣綜合價差提升4仙人民幣／立方米至0.54元人民幣／立方米。
可再生能源業務方面，集團旗下港華智慧能源有限公司核心利潤增長2%至港幣7.19億元，其中，截至2025年6月30日，累計光伏併網2.6吉瓦，工商業儲能累計併網260兆瓦時。集團繼續大力推動以"光伏+儲能+售電"一體化的減碳業務模式，進一步提升業務盈利能力。
綠色甲醇業務實現突破，期內與佛燃能源合資成立VENEX，計劃在佛山設廠生產，第一期產能每年20萬噸，預期在2027年下半年投產。集團攜手香港特區政府及行業夥伴，就綠色甲醇生產、儲運、加註及交易開展戰略合作，推進香港綠色航運燃料樞紐建設。
可持續航空燃料("SAF")市場潛力廣闊，集團正推進與香港特區政府及相關機構合作，以滿足香港及周邊區域未來需求；同時拓展全球市場，於上半年成功與英國航空達成長期SAF供應協定。馬來西亞廠房預計今年年底前投產，每年總產能超過40萬噸。
延伸業務方面，香港及內地業務成功合併。同時，把握集團4,500萬用戶的需求、"以舊換新"政策、優化服務，並聯合廚具品牌商及保險公司拓展智慧廚房及家居安全健康保險等創新產品，期內業績顯著增長，亦獲市場認可，成功融資4,500萬美元，穩步推進和落實集團的戰略目標。
上半年，面對全球經濟持續受地緣衝突影響，集團積極應對，加速核心業務重組，全面推動提質增效。並憑藉穩健的公用業務基礎，成功構建長遠增長型業務佈局，推動實現可持續發展目標。
集團維持中期股息每股12港仙。
