據了解,上述單位為會景閣中層12室,實用面積659平方呎,一房間隔,原以1,200萬元放售,本月初減至1,068萬元沽出,呎價16,206元
資料顯示,單位原業主為Candice Robert Company Limited,公司董事包括陳裕光及其妻陳羅寶靈及兩名子女,陳羅寶靈同時為公司股東。
