微軟(MSFT.US)或因違禁內容在俄羅斯面臨罰款
外國傳媒報道,微軟(MSFT.US)面臨高達400萬盧布(50,000美元)的罰款,原因是拒絕刪除違禁信息。該新聞機構審查的案件材料顯示,根據《行政違規法典》第13.41條第2款,法院收到了一份針對微軟的行政意見書。
根據上述規定,罰款範圍從80萬盧布到400萬盧布不等。在2022年烏克蘭遭入侵後,微軟暫停了在俄羅斯的所有新銷售,並自此大幅縮減了在該國的業務運作。然而,俄羅斯並沒有像對Meta(META.US)平台一樣禁止微軟及列入極端組織名單。
