《港樓》和生圍發展項目再更改 大型屋苑變649幢洋房
曾由恆大(03333.HK)持有的元朗和生圍地皮,原本今年初遞交,計劃建約3,571夥大型屋苑的方案再有改動,最新向城規會申請發展649幢洋房。
資料顯示,上述用地比鄰加州花園,地盤面積約223.3萬平方尺,現劃爲「其他指定(綜合發展包括溼地修復區)」用途。
該用地最初由恆地(00012.HK)持有,其後發展商在2019年以47億元出售予恆大,恆大再將項目抵押予橡樹資本(Oaktree Capital),最後由橡樹接管。
該幅地皮的發展方案曾經歷多次改動。申請人近日再度更改方案,最新向城規會申請以地積比約0.4倍發展649幢2至3層高(另設1層地庫)的洋房,及4幢1至2層高(另設1層地庫)的會所及污水處理廠等,涉及總樓面面積約89.3萬平方尺。項目將分2期發展,分別料在2027年12月及2028年12月完工。
