《大行》高盛:本港HIBOR回復至預測水平 料地產股將回軟
高盛報告指,本港銀行同業拆息(HIBOR)昨(18日)回升至2厘,為5月初以來首次。銀行體系結餘由高峰期1,770億元降至530億元,對比流動性湧入前的440億元。有關情況符合該行預期。
該行指,本港發展商股價在拆息低企期間跑贏恆指,預期拆息回復至預測水平及本港浮息按揭重新定價至P按上限3.5厘,有關股份將經歷一輪疲軟。整體預期本港住宅樓市緩慢反彈的觀點維持,預計今年樓價持平,未來兩年反彈5%及6%。
該行維持對長實集團(01113.HK)及新地(00016.HK)「買入」評級,以及對恆地(00012.HK)及信置(00083.HK)「沽售」評級。
