格隆匯8月14日丨百普賽斯(301080.SZ)公佈，苗景贇先生是公司的實際控制人陳宜頂先生之一致行動人。苗景贇先生（持有公司股份14,990,749股，佔公司總股本的8.93%，佔公司剔除回購專用賬户中股份數量後股份總數的8.96%）計劃自本減持計劃公吿之日起15個交易日之後的3個月內（自2025年9月5日至2025年12月4日）以集中競價或大宗交易方式減持所持有的公司股份合計不超過400,000股（佔公司總股本的0.24%，佔公司剔除回購專用賬户中股份數量後股份總數的0.24%）。
公司的股東上海百普賽斯企業管理諮詢合夥企業（有限合夥）（簡稱“上海百普賽斯”，持有公司股份16,780,067股，佔公司總股本的10.00%，佔公司剔除回購專用賬户中股份數量後股份總數的10.03%）、上海百普嘉樂企業管理諮詢合夥企業（有限合夥）（簡稱“上海百普嘉樂”，持有公司股份2,568,175股，佔公司總股本的1.53%，佔公司剔除回購專用賬户中股份數量後股份總數的1.54%）是公司的員工持股平台，由公司實際控制人陳宜頂先生擔任執行事務合夥人，系陳宜頂先生的一致行動人。上海百普賽斯和上海百普嘉樂計劃自本減持計劃公吿之日起15個交易日之後的3個月內（自2025年9月5日至2025年12月4日）以集中競價或大宗交易方式減持所持有的公司股份合計不超過4,600,000股（佔公司總股本的2.74%，佔公司剔除回購專用賬户中股份數量後股份總數的2.75%）。
公司的副總經理、董事會祕書、財務負責人林濤先生（持有公司股份378,000股，佔公司總股本的0.23%，佔公司剔除回購專用賬户中股份數量後股份總數的0.23%）計劃自本減持計劃公吿之日起15個交易日之後的3個月內（自2025年9月5日至2025年12月4日）以集中競價或大宗交易方式減持所持有的公司股份合計不超過94,500股（佔公司總股本的0.06%，佔公司剔除回購專用賬户中股份數量後股份總數的0.06%）。
