電能實業(00006.HK)上半年中期溢利升1%至30.42億港元 中期息每股0.78港元
格隆匯8月13日丨電能實業(00006.HK)公佈中期業績，集團截至2025年6月30日止6個月的未經審覈溢利爲30.42億港元，較去年同期上升1%，印證了電能實業在全球市場持續波動的情況下，仍然保持穩健財務狀況。憑藉堅實的財務基礎和優質資產，集團已做好充分準備，推動未來的持續增長。董事局宣佈中期股息爲每股0.78港元，，股息將於2025年9月23日派發予2025年9月11日已登記在公司股東名冊的股份持有人。
報告期內，英國仍然是集團最大的市場。期內當地業務表現強勁，受惠於穩健營運成績，英國業務組合錄得 17.24億港元溢利貢獻，增長11%。澳洲業務組合於期內帶來6.52億港元溢利貢獻，業績下降原因包括澳元匯率下跌以及 Energy Developments Pty Ltd (EDL)溢利貢獻減少，原因是部分合約到期及市場電價下降。Husky Midstream 於期內錄得穩定的現金流及回報。Canadian Power的溢利貢獻則有所下降，主要是由於阿爾伯塔省燃氣發電機組的發電量減少及電價下跌所致。
此外，中國內地方面，金灣發電廠正發展熱電解耦和節能項目，可望節省成本及創造新收入來源。大理和樂亭風力發電場產出的可再生能源，持續減少當地的碳排放量。在荷蘭，AVR 正爲於 2023 年發生火災的羅曾堡焚化廠進行最後階段復修，所有焚化生產設施已全面運作，發電設備則預計於 2026 年第一季投入商業營運，屆時兩臺全新高效能蒸汽渦輪機將向電網供電。新西蘭的 Wellington Electricity 於 2025 年 4 月 1 日開始新規管期。該配電商維持平穩營運表現，並帶來持續的現金流。在泰國，Ratchaburi Power Company 獲取來自國營承購商──泰國發電局的保證回報。
在香港，港燈電力投資錄得3.34億港元溢利貢獻，帶來穩定回報。旗下全資附屬公司港燈的售電量較 2024 年同期下跌 3.2%，主因在於期內天氣較爲溫和。港燈 2024–2028 年度發展計劃中的各資本項目進展順利。裝機容量 380 兆瓦的新燃氣聯合循環發電機組 L13，已如期展開打樁和地盤準備工作，預計於 2029 年投產。作爲應急措施的一環，3 臺全新單循環燃油機組的建造和組裝工程亦穩步進行，預期將於 2027 年及 2028年分階段投入運作。
