《港樓》黃竹坑Blue Coast II加推60夥 提價2%折實售價932萬起 餘貨減折扣
長實(01113.HK)及港鐵(00066.HK)合作發展的黃竹坑站Blue Coast II今日(14日)公佈新一張價單,涉及60夥,涵蓋兩房至三房,折實均尺23,388元,與對上一張價單比較加價約2%。 長江實業營業部助理首席經理楊桂玲表示,今批單位涉及30夥兩房(梗廚)及30夥三房,即分別爲三座的F單位及G單位,以定價計市值達9.7億元。發展商提供「建築期付款計劃」及「即供138付款計劃」,最高優惠折扣13%,折售售價由932萬至1,956.2萬元,折實尺價介乎21,038至25,773元。 當中,最低售價及尺價的單位是3座7樓F單位,實用面積443平方尺,採兩房(梗廚)間隔,折實售價932萬元,折實尺價21,038元。 她表示,Blue Coast II是次提價約2%,是考慮到項目即將現樓,加上自身的質素及景觀,強調未來仍有加價空間。 是次的「即供138付款計劃」將會全面更新至現有的價單,並取代之前的付款計劃,即變相餘貨單位全部削減1%折扣。 她指,項目將於本週六(16日)起,開放現樓相若單位予準買家預約參觀,並爭取下週展開銷售。另外,項目的四房將會以招標形式推出市場。
