IEA警告明年全球石油市場將面臨創紀錄供應過剩
國際能源總署(IEA)表示,隨著市場需求增長放緩以及供應增加,預計明年全球石油市場將出現創紀錄的過剩,石油庫存將以每日296萬桶的速度增加,甚至超過2020年疫情期間的平均升幅。 IEA稱,由於預計今年底及明年供應將遠超過需求,石油市場要達到供求平衡似乎更加困難,今年6月份全球石油庫存已達到46個月以來的最高水平,相信只有若俄羅斯或伊朗被實施新一輪制裁才能夠扭轉這個局面。
