重慶銀行(601963.SH):重慶水投集團擬減持不超過1.5%股份
格隆匯8月11日丨重慶銀行(601963.SH)公佈,重慶水投集團基於自身發展需要,根據《重慶市國有資產監督管理委員會關於市地產集團收購市水投集團所持重慶銀行股份的批覆》,擬在本公告披露之日起15個交易日後的90日內,通過大宗交易方式減持其持有的本行A股股份不超過52,000,000股,即減持比例不超過本行總股本的1.50%。本次減持計劃如全部實施完成,重慶水投集團持股比例將由8.50%降至7.00%,權益變動將觸及1%刻度。
