《港樓》黃竹坑Blue Coast兩期累售900夥套現約152億 不排除周內公佈最新價單
長實(01113.HK)及港鐵(00066.HK)合作發展的黃竹坑站Blue Coast及Blue Coast II自去年開售迄今合共售出900夥,套現約152億元,成交均價約1,700萬,均尺約23,500元。
長江實業營業部首席經理郭子威表示,Blue Coast及Blue Coast II自早前成功取得入夥紙後,便接獲市場衆多查詢有關最新銷售部署。發展商現正積極籌備,於短期內開放相若現樓單位,並不排除有機會於本週內公佈最新價單及開放現樓示範單位予特選客戶預約參觀。
長江實業副首席經理(營業)楊桂玲表示,項目之後會考慮削減現有優惠,而新推出單位的價格則會追落後。項目現樓後,三房首批會以價單推出,而四房則有機會以招標形式推售。
Blue Coast全系列涵蓋兩至四房單位,配備德國品牌Gaggenau廚房家電。以零售價計算,兩房至四房單位總值分別達約25萬、48萬及53萬元。
至於本港樓市,郭子威稱,一手樓市向好,而市場預期美國減息,加上恆指表現理想,正面因素推動下,預料樓價可向上升5至10%。
