據報國泰(00293.HK)連續兩季提供自願無薪假 為疫情後首次
《南華早報》報道,國泰航空(00293.HK)連續兩季向機艙服務員提供為期三個月的自願無薪假,為疫情後首次。
報道引述內部備忘錄,公司通知香港的機艙服務員,現已開放今年第四季度無薪假的申請。今次安排是在今年7月至9月首次提供最多三個月無薪假之後推出。
國泰發言人表示,為讓機艙服務員有更大靈活性以滿足個人需求,特別是在年終節日季即將來臨之際,從2025年10月至12月,開放為期最多三個月的自願無薪假申請。
