"Inner Housing" Dongguan: Commercial housing with suitable conditions will be collected across the city for affordable housing
The Dongguan city Housing and Construction Bureau issued the "Announcement on Continuing to Collect Existing Commercial Housing for Affordable Housing" stating that commercial housing with appropriate conditions will be collected for affordable housing throughout the city. Interested companies can sign up, giving priority to real estate companies whose debts are about to expire and cannot repay them. The scope of solicitation includes: existing commercial houses that have been built, unsold commercial houses under construction that have been included in the battle to secure and deliver houses and whose main body has been capped, and the remaining project volume is small and the specific completion date has been clarified. If the solicitation requires relevant housing sources to be used as affordable rental housing, the building area of the apartment type shall not exceed 70 square meters. If the houses collected are used as distribution-type affordable housing, the building area of the house type shall not exceed 90 square meters. The purchase price is based on the replacement price of affordable housing in the same location as the reference upper limit.
