首程控股(00697.HK)：投資南方萬國數據中心REIT和南方潤澤科技數據中心REIT
格隆匯8月11日丨首程控股(00697.HK)發佈公告，近日，公司的全資附屬公司北京首源欣榮投資有限公司(“首源欣榮”)投資南方萬國數據中心封閉式基礎設施證券投資基金(“南方萬國數據中心REIT”)；並且集團所屬首程基石旗下公司(公司的全資附屬公司)參與管理的北京平準基礎設施不動產股權投資基金合夥企業(有限合夥)(“北京平準基金”)投資南方潤澤科技數據中心封閉式基礎設施證券投資基金(“南方潤澤科技數據中心REIT”)。這兩項投資進一步迴應國家數字經濟與“新基建”戰略，並促進服務於智能基礎設施和科技基礎設施的培育和實體經濟的高質量發展。
