格隆匯8月8日丨華檢醫療(01931.HK)宣佈，集團正式啓動「具備下行保護機制的全球增強版以太坊(ETH)金庫」戰略("以太坊(ETH)金庫戰略")。
已正式將此「NewCo+RWA」Web3交易所命名爲「ivd.xyz」(ivd.xyz交易所)，公司矢志構建之聚焦於全球醫療創新藥高科技資產的「NewCo+RWA」Web3交易所生態即爲「ivd.xyz交易所生態」。
爲配合集團醫療創新藥資產代幣化(RWA)及ivd.xyz交易所生態內IVDD穩定幣的大規模商業應用，集團所有RWA發行、交易、結算及生態治理均深度耦合以太坊(Ethereum)生態。因此，以太坊(ETH)既是底層燃料亦是核心儲備資產，對以太坊(ETH)存在持續且規模化的剛性需求。
在遵守適用法律法規及香港聯合交易所有限公司證券上市規則的前提下，公司認爲，將原先分散的資產配置及創新藥RWA戰略進一步升維，以以太坊(ETH)爲核心樞紐，打造具備多重下行保護機制的全球增強版以太坊(ETH)金庫，可最大化提升公司股份每股以太坊(ETH)數量、降低系統性風險，並引領傳統醫療產業資本高效跨越至Web3鏈上金融新範式。
