西部基建狂飆!雅江之後,新藏鐵路引爆第二波行情?

週五,新疆、工程機械、軌道交通等西部大基建扛起A股衝鋒大旗。

前期爆火後稍有回撤的雅下水電概念,今天也重拾漲勢。

截至發稿,八一鋼鐵、新疆交建、洪通燃氣、山河智能、北路新橋、天順股份、青鬆建化等多股漲停。

其中值得一提的是,有“題材大王”之稱的山河智能斬獲15天9板,目前總市值186.2億元。

自雅下水電概念橫空出世來,山河智能的熱度一直居高不下。

自7月21日以來,該股持續強勢拉漲,至今的15個交易日已累計漲幅超116%。

“新藏鐵路”概念又來了?

雅江題材之後,又來了新藏鐵路題材。

上一次大基建如此興奮,是在1.2萬億雅江水電工程公佈後。

7月下旬來,雅江概念掀起一波又一波熱炒,直至近期纔有所分化。

今天,鐵路概念又迎來大消息。

8月7日,國家鐵路集團全資成立新藏鐵路公司,註冊資本950億元。

公司經營範圍含建設工程施工、建設工程監理、鐵路運輸基礎設備製造、公共鐵路運輸、餐飲服務、住宿服務、房地產開發經營、旅遊業務、工程管理服務、對外承包工程、信息諮詢服務等。

藏鐵路,被稱之爲國家超級“天路”工程。

其規劃是從新疆和田地區出發,途經西藏阿里地區,最終到達西藏日喀則市,全線約2000公里,設計時速160-200公里/小時。

其建設目標分爲新疆段和西藏段,新疆段預計2025年11月啓動建設。

作爲連接新疆與西藏的戰略性工程,新藏鐵路預計將帶動沿線鐵路、公路、水利、電力等基礎設施建設。

這也直接刺激了市場對西部大基建的投資熱情。

下半年基建投資將加速?

隨着雅下水電站、新藏鐵路等的到來,西部基建項目正加速落地。

從戰略和經濟意義來看,無論是資源開發還是旅遊產業,這些超級工程都將大大提升區域經濟聯動。

新藏鐵路爲例,其建成將徹底改寫西部邊疆的發展格局。

除了改善交通條件、助力鄉村振興外,還能強化 “一帶一路” 西部樞紐地位。

未來,新藏鐵路將成爲連接我國西北地區和西南地區的“戰略走廊”。

此外還將與青藏、甘藏、川藏、滇藏鐵路形成“多向進藏”網絡,拉薩至京津冀、長三角、粵港澳等鐵路旅行時間,西藏縣級行政區鐵路覆蓋率從25.7%提至74.3%。

它還將是一條國際通道,通過連接中吉烏鐵路對接,對接中巴經濟走廊和孟中印緬經濟走廊,形成從新疆經中亞至歐洲的陸路新通道。

於資本市場而言機構普遍看好西部基建的長期投資價值。

市場普遍預期下半年基建投資將加速,尤其是水利、鐵路、風電、核電等領域,帶動預拌混凝土、水泥、鋼結構等建材需求。
