黃山旅遊(600054.SH):子公司黃山雲趣以8252.33萬元競拍取得YX202506號地塊的國有建設用地使用權
格隆匯8月7日丨黃山旅遊(600054.SH)公佈,近日,公司全資子公司黃山雲趣遊樂園服務有限公司以8,252.3269萬元競拍取得位於黃山市黟縣碧陽鎮馬道村、宏村鎮古溪村,編號為YX202506號地塊的國有建設用地使用權,並與黟縣自然資源和規劃局簽署了《成交確認書》。後續將根據有關規定簽署《國有建設用地使用權出讓合同》、繳納土地出讓款及辦理相應權屬證書等相關工作。
