百勝中國(09987.HK)第二季度經營利潤增長14%至3.04億美元 經營利潤率創下第二季度新高
格隆匯8月5日丨百勝中國(09987.HK)公告,2025年第二季度,總收入同比增長4%至28億美元,同樣增長4%,不計及外幣換算影響。經營利潤同比增長14%至3.04億美元,創第二季度新高。核心經營利潤同比增長14%。經營利潤率爲10.9%,同比增長100個基點,同樣創下第二季度新高,這得益於餐廳利潤率的增長和管理費用的減少。餐廳利潤率爲16.1%,同比增長60個基點,主要得益於食品及包裝物、物業租金及其他經營開支的減少。
每股攤薄盈利同比增長5%至0.58美元,創下第二季度的又一新高,同樣同比增長5%,不計及外幣換算影響。剔除0.04美元公司於2025年和2024年第二季度按市值計價的股權投資以及外幣換算帶來的不利影響後,每股攤薄盈利同比增長15%。
期間系統銷售額同比增長4%,不計及外幣換算影響。該增長較第一季度環比提升,主要得益於4%的淨新增門店貢獻以及1%的同店銷售額增長。同店銷售額實現1%的正增長。同店交易量同比增長2%,連續第十個季度實現增長。淨新增門店336家,其中加盟店淨新增89家,佔比26%。
外賣銷售同比增長22%。外賣銷售約佔公司餐廳收入的45%。數字訂單收入達24億美元,數字訂單約佔公司餐廳收入的94%。
肯德基及必勝客的會員數合計約5.6億,較去年增長13%。會員銷售額約佔肯德基和必勝客系統銷售總額的64%。
百勝中國在第二季度向股東回饋2.74億美元,其中包括1.84億美元的股票回購和9,000萬美元的現金股息。
