科瑞技術(002957.SZ)：控股股東、持股5%以上股東及部分高管擬減持公司股份
格隆匯8月6日丨科瑞技術(002957.SZ)公佈，公司股東COLIBRI TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD(簡稱“新加坡科瑞技術”或“控股股東”)持有公司股份154,949,151股，佔公司總股本(扣除回購專用賬戶中的股份數量，下同)比例37.1003%。新加坡科瑞技術計劃通過集中競價、大宗交易等深圳證券交易所認可的合法方式減持公司股份。新加坡科瑞技術計劃減持不超過4,200,000股，即不超過公司總股本的1.0056%。其中以集中競價方式減持的，在連續90個自然日內減持股份的總數不超過公司股份總數的1%；以大宗交易方式減持的，在連續90個自然日內減持股份的總數不超過公司股份總數的2%，且受讓方六個月內不得轉讓其受讓的受限股份。
公司股東深圳市華苗投資有限公司(簡稱“華苗投資”)持有公司股份62,527,415股，佔公司總股本比例14.9713%。華苗投資計劃通過集中競價、大宗交易等深圳證券交易所認可的合法方式減持公司股份。華苗投資計劃減持不超過4,200,000股，即不超過公司總股本的1.0056%。
公司股東青島鷹諾投資有限公司(原名“深圳市鷹諾實業有限公司”，簡稱“鷹諾投資”)持有公司股份30,155,668股，佔公司總股本比例7.2203%。鷹諾投資計劃通過集中競價、大宗交易等深圳證券交易所認可的合法方式減持公司股份。鷹諾投資計劃減持不超過4,000,000股，即不超過公司總股本的0.9577%。
公司高級管理人員李單單女士持有公司股份662,081股，佔公司總股本比例0.1585%。李單單女士計劃通過集中競價方式減持公司股份。李單單女士計劃減持不超過165,500股，即不超過公司總股本的0.0396%。
公司高級管理人員饒樂樂先生持有公司股份320,324股，佔公司總股本比例0.0767%。饒樂樂先生計劃通過集中競價方式減持公司股份。饒樂樂先生計劃減持不超過80,000股，即不超過公司總股本的0.0192%。
