CNT GROUP(00701.HK)預計上半年淨虧損3600萬港元-4000萬港元
格隆匯8月6日丨CNT GROUP(00701.HK)公佈,預期集團於截至2025年六個月期間的股東應佔虧損將錄得介乎3600萬港元至4000萬港元,而截至2024年6月30日止六個月的股東應佔虧損則爲1350萬港元。
2025年六個月期間股東應佔虧損的估計金額顯著增加,主要是由於以下因素:(a)集團於香港及中國內地之投資物業於2025年六個月期間的公平值虧損大幅增加,而於2024年6月30日的公平值虧損則約爲1160萬港元;(b)並無於截至2024年6月30日止六個月一次性收回衍生訴訟之抗辯費用約640萬港元;及(c)公司非全資附屬公司中漆集團的顯著股東應佔虧損金額。
